Al Khidmat Furniture is committed to ensuring that you are happy and satisfied with the receipt of any goods shipped by us as per your order; as we are responsible for the goods we sell. However, if you are not happy with your purchase; due to the product being damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us as soon as possible within 3 days to be eligible for a 100% free replacement / refund.

Return Summary:

  • The timeframe starts from the date of delivery of the product as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. We will accept returns of unused products within 3 days (any product returned to us must be in the same condition as delivered) in its original packaging, invoice and tags. If you believe that the goods are not in good condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery, as well as please send us 2 photos of the product (one of the damaged part and one of the whole product) on WhatsApp immediately, stating your order reference number as supporting evidence to popularize the return. We will do our best to ensure that a replacement or refund is made as soon as possible.

  • Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

    2. Manufacturing Defect

    4. Incorrect Product

    Returns are provided for products purchased through our reverse logistics partners/third party partners. All products purchased online can only be returned in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products delivered or incorrect or incomplete. This must be brought to our notice (via email/WhatsApp) within 72 hours from the date of delivery/assembly. Upon receipt of the product return request on the AKF platform and its formal acknowledgement by us, our reverse logistics partners/third party partners will contact you to collect the products purchased from you. We offer a hassle-free return. You do not have to bear any courier or shipping charges for the return, unless you return as β€œI changed my mind/intention”, in which case we are unable to refund the original shipping cost of your order.

Refund Summary:

  • We process returns and exchanges of purchased products as per our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy. Any refund against return request made to AKF team or collected by courier will be processed only on receipt of the goods in unused condition along with the original invoice. Once we receive the returned item (Furniture & Home Decor), we will process the refund/exchange within 24 hours of receipt and verification of the goods at our warehouse. For remote locations or Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities, we may take additional time to process the replacement request. Refunds will be processed as per applicable guidelines/notifications/rules approved by RBI from time to time and may take additional 7 - 14 business days to reflect in your account. Your refund is credited only to the same account that was used for the payment.
